The Alliance has been actively involved in anti-racism work for over 20 years, our anti-racism team has had extensive training from The People’s Institute, of New Orleans and Crossroads of Chicago.

The DCPA Affordable Housing Program has been committed to providing high quality, affordable housing for over 35 years. DCPA has leveraged more than $20 million in investments and completed over 200 units of affordable housing through the renovation and new construction of single-family homes and multi-family apartments.

Our Senior Travel Network plans day trips and out of town short vacations to places like Memphis, TN, Lansing, MI and even Niagara Falls.

The DCPA strives to increase the quality of life for seniors, with Grant assistance and other non-profit partnerships, we deliver food to seniors at the Gratiot Woods Co-Op and Van Dyke Center Apartments. We also provide local travel for senior outings such as Museums and restaurants and day trips to Wal-Mart.

The Urban Parish Coalition represents the Alliance’s original purpose, to maintain a strong and thriving Catholic presence in the City of Detroit and create meaningful programs for the benefit of all city parishes.
